I do have plans for a sequel that will pick up about two years later, so the story isn't finished yet. Author's Response: Excellent chance :) I do have one planned and starting to form in my head; however, I'm in the process of writing a different John/Elizabeth story, so the sequel won't get attention until that one's done.
