You probably shouldn't shoot people down just because they say they want more of your story, because obviously, they do. If you have no respect for people who say they want more, then you should not even accept any reviews. What's the point in even writing a fic if people don't tell you they want you to continue? And what's the point in telling people you don't respect them, people who went out of their way to comment on your story when they don't even have an account?
Nevertheless, nice work. This is quite interesting.

Ohmigoodness! You did a fantastic job with that shrapnel scene...it was hard for me to read! I usually can read that kind of stuff, but I understood the pain she was going through, and it ended up being hard to read because of the pain she was going through. Fantastic work, seriously! Very, very good. This was such an awesome chapter. PLEASE post the next one as soon as you can! Rating is definitely a 10, no doubt. :D

AWWWW!!!! I'm so in love with this fic. So glad you finally posted, too! Phew. What a good wait. So glad about the outcome. It totally makes sense that she is feeling a bit weak in the stomach, since she diiiid lose a ton of blood, but even more nauseous along with the aching chest? Hmm... *wiggles eyebrows*
I REALLY loved how you didn't have John reach out and hug Elizabeth when she was telling him about Simon, because even though he was feeling awkward, there is this sense that John wouldn't know how to portray his emotions that way. Great job staying true to the characters!! And Elizabeth was so wonderful throughout, and so was John. Also loved his not-deserving comment. Fabulous, fabulous. And the last paragraph? Excellent ending. You have me so incredibly hooked.

*le sigh* So I had to read this twice, cause the first time I read it, I didn't leave a responce, and it's been a couple of days...
Anyway, I reeeaally loved that talk towards the beginning as John and Elizabeth walked to find Rodney. Well, more towards the middle. Such a good talk, and it all played out perfectly. Made me very happy.
And Carson knows she's pregnant!! That's awesome. Now, they will have someone to help fly the other jumper. But I just realized, it's probably the baby who has the gene! I mean, how could it not, since John's gene is so strong, and the baby would have some of his DNA. And Elizabeth crying at the end? So sad... I can just imagine what's going through her head right now. Great work, and I cannot wait for the next chapter!

This was such a fabulous chapter. I loved Rodney's concern for Elizabeth. Rodney and Elizabeth's relationship is so wonderful, and I'm really glad you touched on that, and I just looooved Rodney getting grossed out over John and her having sex. Hehe! I also absolutely adored John's "I want you" speech, as well as the "I want to live with you" one, including those wonderful sentences: "I like to read my book. I pick up my socks." Sooo cute. So very John as well. You are really on top of the characters in this story, which I love. But things said may not have necessarily be statements that have been said or that will ever be said, but it feels like everything said could actually be said by those people. Loved that whole scene of John and Elizabeth in their new quarters. Also really loved the infirmary scene. The ending was very sweet, but it was also really sad and good that she realized that if anything were to happen to the baby due to carelessness, it would break him, when she says, "It's okay now?". I love that both Carson and John are so concerned for her wellbeing, and for the baby's. There was some other moment I really liked, but I can't remember what it was... Can't seem to find it either. Anyway, I really loved the entire chapter, so it probably doesn't need to be pinpointed.

Ohmigod!! That was sooo good. Loved the whole thing, and I'm so very excited for more. Don't have much to say about this chapter. I really loved the Star Wars comment. Hehe. They have to get Jack and Woolsey and come back alive! And the alien female? I wonder if she's a hologram or a real person. Maybe an Asuran left over and not killed? Hmmm... more, please!

Oh god! I sure hope Elizabeth and the baby will be okay. I have this irking feeling that the baby isn't... And Queen Mab was based on Queen Mab from Romeo & Juliet, right? Cause goodness, you had her spot-on. I'm so glad they found Jack and Woolsey in one piece too, and they have a ZedPM! This is fantastic. Cannot wait for the next update.

Awww!! I just looooooved Jack and Elizabeth's conversation. It's great because in the series, they could be together, but then they could also be brother and sister. I absolutely love the brother and sister relationship here, and I really hope you write more with those two!! All of the John/Elizabeth bits were fabulous, and I'm really glad this clarified who Mab was, exactly. I feel better finding out that she is ascended, an ancient, instead of someone else left over! Thank you for clearing that up. And she finally fell asleep! Very cute. And I hope Teyla gets better! Cannot wait for the next chapter...

Yay! Fabulous! I'm so glad that Colonel Caldwell is there. It's nice that Carter is there too, but I sure hope she doesn't get too attached to the team. Nice to see more of The Princess Bride! God, you've made me cry! That's so horrible. So, so heartbreaking. I really like how you made it into more of an apocolyptic fic, but it's not like any of the team was there for the event. It's so much more powerful when it's heard from a different place, and then they will have to take care of the refugees. But goodness! Simon is on the list? That makes sense, since he was probably her next-of-kin, not her mother. I wonder how he will react to seeing Elizabeth.
