I can't believe I am the 1st person to share how throughly I enjoyed this story. I think it was very well written. Some of my favorite SPARKY fanf fics are about the Genii. I agree with you and John that Kolya obviously has a strong personal interest in Elizabeth.
TPTB should have had a follow up story where she is kidnapped by him and John rescues her. That would have been an exciting and hot episode. Very believable characters. I will have to check out more of your work.
