cute about the tattoo, but john and elizabeth seemed out of character. i doubt elizabeth would ever do such a thing to john unless she was protecting herself because she thought she was in mortal danger (and then even then it'd take her a bit to decide on it) or she was taken over by some alien. but you could really use some good detailing in this story... details bring a good story to life...
